Li Shan (李善)
Li Shan (1926) hails from Qingdao, Shandong Province. In 1958, he graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts, and was employed in the Xinjiang Pictorial editorial office. After 1965, he was "sent down" to a rural village and resided in a Seven May Cadre School.
In 1981, Li moved to San Francisco. He is currently residing in the United States.
