Peng Zhaomin (彭召民)
Peng Zhaomin (1935) was born in Guang'an, Sichuan Province. He graduated in 1957 from the Fine Arts Department of Southwest Normal University. He worked in the Fine Art and Film Department of the Chongqing Municipal Mass Art Centre.
Peng's speciality is propaganda art.
