This website enters a new phase: it is now officially owned and maintained by the Chinese Posters Foundation.
From September 2007 until May 2011, chineseposters.net has been owned and maintained by the International Institute of Social History (IISH, Amsterdam, Netherlands). Its transfer to the Chinese Posters Foundation will contribute to realizing the Foundation's aims:
- to promote the collecting of Chinese propaganda posters,
- to acquire knowledge about Chinese propaganda posters,
- and to raise interest in Chinese propaganda posters.
