Deng Guoyuan (1938) is from Guangdong. He joined the People's Liberation Army in 1958, and while in the Navy, he engaged in artistic work. He became vice-manager of the Guangzhou Municipal Advertising Company.

Deng collaborated with Bi Yihan, Huang Shude and Yu Qiwan.
