Dou Shikui (窦世魁)
Dou Shikui (1942) was born in Qingdao, Shandong Province. After his graduation from the Qingdao Art Training School in 1960, he started working in the propaganda section of a bank. He now heads the Art Section of the Development Company of the Qingdao branch of the China Industry and Commerce Bank.
He collaborated with Jiang Baoxing and Xiang Weiren.
