Huang Zhengxiang (1923-2018) was born in Tamsui County, Taiwan. In the 1940s, he came to the mainland with his father and was admitted to Peking University. At the same time, he studied landscape painting. Master of modern Chinese landscape painting, his works have been collected and displayed in the Central Hall of the Taiwan League, Zhongnanhai, the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, and the Great Hall of the People.
