Jiang Kun (1940) was a native of Shaoyang, Hunan Province. He has created large-scale works of art for the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall in Beijing, the Hunan Revolutionary History Memorial Hall, and the Hunan Provincial Museum.
