Jiang Tiefeng (1938) is from Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. After his graduation from the Central Art Academy in 1964, he worked in the Kunming Municipal Industrial Art Company, and taught at the Yunnan Art Academy.

Jiang, who now resides in the U.S.A., is known for his sketches.
