Jin Zuzhang (金租章)

Jin Zuzhang (1932) was born in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. After his graduation from the East China branch of the Central Art Academy in 1954, he immediately started to work in the Arts Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Cultural Bureau. In 1956, he became art editor for the Heilongjiang Illustrated (黑龙江画报, Heilongjiang huabao). Having worked for the Heilongjiang chapter of the Chinese Artists Association, he became he head of the arts section of the Heilongjiang Provincial Mass Art Institute in 1976. In 1982, he transferred back to the Artists Association.

Jin is known for his propaganda designs, New Year prints and Chinese paintings.
