Xu Fugen (徐福根)
Xu Fugen (1941) was born in Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province. Although he started to work in 1960, but in the 1970s, he showed his first creations. In 1984, he transferred to the Jiangxi People's Publishing House, where he became editor in the Fine Arts Section.
Xu, who specializes in New Year pictures, received an award for his 1982 poster 'Lei Feng and the red scarves'
