Zhang Xiaofei (1941) was from Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. He has successively served as director of the creative office of the Suzhou Taohuawu Woodcut New Year Picture Society, senior arts and crafts artist, part-time professor at the School of Art of Suzhou University, and vice chairman of the Suzhou Artists Association. His works have participated in many domestic and foreign exhibitions.
