Zhang Yongxin (1940) was born in Haicheng, Liaoning Province. In 1964, he graduated from the Block Print Department of the Lu Xun Art Academy. He now is attached to the Anshan Mass Art Center.
Zhang is known for his block prints and oil paintings.
