Zhao Shuping (赵淑萍)
Zhao Shuping (1930) is from Qingshuihe, Inner Mongolia. She graduated from the Arts Department of the Shandong Normal University in 1953 and took up teaching art in middle schools. In 1978, she transferred to the Fine Arts Department of the Shandong Normal Art Training School in Tai'an, where he became an associate professor.
Ms. Zhao has designed propaganda images, but is mainly known for her colorful portraits in the 工笔 gongbi-style and her New Year pictures. The New Year picture 
featuring Yang Kaihui, Mao Zedong's first (or second) wife, is considered as one of her masterpieces.
