Zhu Songfa (1942-2020) was born in Ziyun Village in the  Huangshan Mountains, Anhui Province. He graduated from the Anhui Academy of Art and the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts.

Zhu's works have been selected for many exhibitions at home and abroad, and have been collected and displayed in art galleries, museums, the Great Hall of the People, the Ziguang Pavilion of the State Council, and other places.
