Stefan Landsberger's Chinese Propaganda Poster Pages first appeared on the web in 1997. They moved to on a server at the International Institute of Social History in 1998. At that time, the site consisted of 90 pages. Over the years, the site grew to 727 pages and over 1.350 images, and received around 2.000.000 visits. The site was instrumental in making our collections and activities known, and came to be seen as the best resource on the subject anywhere on the web.
