"Destructive earthquake emergency response propaganda charts" (破坏性应急宣传挂图) is a 12-poster series published in 1995. The set is bilingual: Chinese and Arabic.

Titled "Big earthquake, huge earthquake, serious but difficult" (大震巨震 严重却难), the poster shows more serious post-quake destruction as well as fire. The subtitle reads "A major earthquake refers to an earthquake event that causes serious casualties and economic losses. It is an earthquake event that causes the disaster area to lose or partially lose its self-recovery ability and requires the state to take countermeasures." (大震巨震，是指造成严重的人员伤亡和经济损失，是灾区丧失或部分丧失自我恢复能力，需要国家采取对康行动的地震事件).
