"Destructive earthquake emergency response propaganda charts" (破坏性应急宣传挂图) is a 12-poster series published in 1995. The set is bilingual: Chinese and Arabic.

Titled "Notify about the disaster situation and accept foreign aid" (通报灾情 接受外援), the poster shows a post-quake press conference. The subtitle reads "Notify news units promptly by releasing earthquake and disaster information, report on earthquake relief situations, and accept assistance from the international community." (通报新闻单位及时发布震情灾情信息，报道抗震救灾情况，接受国际社会援助).
