Bai Tianxue (dates unknown) is from Huxian, Shaanxi Province. As a Huxian peasant painter, he was active in the 1960s and 1970s. On a 1974 edition of one of his works, he is identified as accountant of the Houlin Brigade, Song Village Commune (宋村公社后林大队会计).
