Du Keli (1942 - ) is from Xuchang, Henan province. He is a very productive and well known calligrapher and painter of landscapes, flowers and birds. His New Year posters/paintings with social and political topics were also very successful.

Du has hold several prominent positions both in the art world, eg. in the Henan Artists Association, the Xuchang Artists Association and the Xuchang Mass Arts Museum, and in politics, as member of the Xuchang Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee and member of the Henan Provincial Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Committee.
