Guo Runlin (郭润林)

guorunlinGuo Runlin (1940, Shanghai) is a painter. In 1953, he started studying watercolor under the influence of Ran Xi, a master in watercolor. After 1960, he worked as a designer in a radio factory. In 1977, he and his colleagues held a watercolor show in Shanghai, the first art show held without government intervention. In 1987, he went to the United States and started his new art career.
