Hao Xueli graduated from the Decorative Arts Department of the Central Academy of Art and Design in 1992 with a bachelor's degree. In 2002, she graduated from the Visual Communication Department of the Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree.

Her specialities are Design/Visual Communication Design.
