Jiang Li (1959) was from Jiangsu. In 1982, she graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Department of Decorative Arts (formerly the Department of Special Arts) of the Central Academy of Art and Design. Later, she graduated from Nara University of Education in Japan (Master of Arts Education) in 1994. She is currently a professor in the Design Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
