Lei Zhuhua (1945), also working under the name Lei Zuhua (雷祖华) was from Anhui. He graduated from the Chongqing Jianshan Middle School in 1965. Lei is known for his oil paintings, gouaches, prints, comics, and illustrations.

Lei retired from the Chongqing Workers Cultural Palace in 2005.
