Liang Zhenxiong (1942) was born in Nanhai, Guangdong Province. He graduated from the Guangzhou Railway Transportation School in 1961, worked as the art editor of the Guangzhou Railway News (广州铁道报) from 1979 to 2002, and graduated from the Painting Department of Art College of Guangzhou Workers University in 1988. He used to be a part-time teacher of the Art College of Guangzhou Workers University, and since 1993, he has been a teacher of Chinese painting course in the retirees' college of the Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation. Since 2011, he has been a teacher of the painting introductory class of Guangdong Provincial Veterans University. Since 2012, he has been a teacher of the oil painting improvement class of Guangdong Veteran Cadre University.
