lixiguangLi Xiguang (1943) was born in Ye County, Shandong Province. In 1965, he graduated from the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang. He was a designer at the Heilongjiang Exhibition Hall; and deputy editor-in-chief of Heilongjiang Fine Arts Publishing House.

Li is known for his oil paintings.
