Li Xiushi (李秀实)

lixiushiLi Xiushi (1933/36) is from Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. After his graduation from Jinzhou Normal College in 1954, he became an art teacher in a middle school. He entered the Oil Painting Department of the Central Art Academy in 1956, and after his graduation in 1961, he was assigned to work as an artist in the Heilongjiang chapter of the Chinese Artists Association. In 1988, he transferred to the preparatory Art Academy of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

Li's forte is oil painting.
