Pan Yingqiao (1926-1993) was from Shunde, Guangdong Province. She graduated from the Western Painting Department of the National Art School in Chongqing in 1940. From 1948 on, she was editor with the China Daily (Zhongguo ribao, 中国日报) and the New China Daily (Xinhua ribao, 新华日报). Shw was active in various chapters of the Chinese Artists' Association.

Ms. Pan was known for her oil paintings and water colors.
