Peng Fang (1943) was born in Heqing County, Dali, Yunnan Province. He graduated from the Art Department of Kunming Normal University, majoring in Chinese painting. He has long been engaged in the creation of Chinese paintings and comics, and has published, exhibited and won awards for a large number of works. Some of his works have been collected by the Central Museum of Literature and History, the Provincial Museum of Literature and History of Shaanxi, Guangdong, Heilongjiang, and the Yunnan Art Museum.
