Peng Xiao (1951) is from Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. In 1982, he graduated as a block printer from the Fine Arts Section of the Yunnan Art Academy. Peng works as an arts editor with the Yunnan People's Publishing House.

Peng is renowned for his block prints for which he has received prizes. Some of his work has been included in the collection of the China Art Gallery.
