Qin Yihan (1938) graduated from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1964 with a bachelor's degree. He is currently a director of the Guangdong Artists Association, a consultant and director of the Printmaking Art Committee of the Guangzhou Artists Association, and a consultant of the Watercolor Art Committee.
