Tang Xiaoming (1939-2022) was born in Lingchuan, Guangxi Province. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1964 and was assigned to work as a professional painter at the Guangdong Painting Academy.
A number of Tang's works of art have been awarded prizes.
