Wang Baogui (1951) is a native of Tianjin. Wang graduated from the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1977. He used to be the director of the creative office of Tianjin Yangliuqing New Year Painting Studio, and now he is the director of the editorial department of fine art photography.

Wang is good in New Year paintings and Chinese paintings; he was awarded various prizes for his works.
