Wang Fatang (1943) was from Weifang, Shandong Province. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Shandong University of Arts. He is currently the deputy research librarian and deputy curator of the Zhucheng Cultural Center, a senior artist of the Shandong Painting Academy, and a top-notch professional and technical talent in Weifang.
