Wang Songyin (1933) was a native of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. In 1952, he entered the preparatory course of the Northeast Lu Xun Art College and graduated from the Northeast Art College. Served as a creator of the Northeast Sculpture Studio and a teacher of the Harbin Art Institute.

Wang is known for his sculptures.
