Wang Xiqing (1934) was born Haiyang, Shandong Province. He is a painter, art educator, and first-class artist, engaging in art work for more than 60 years. He is known for his flower-and-bird paintings, landscapes, and people, and especially for long freehand drawings of  ducks and peonies.
