Xing Guanghou (1936) was from Gaochun, Jiangsu Province. His New Year pictures include works such as "Sending a letter to Taiwan". His Chinese paintings and calligraphy works have been often selected for provincial and municipal exhibitions; some have been collected by provincial and municipal art galleries and museums.

Xing is a curator of the Gaochun County Cultural Center.
