Zheng Tongxiao (1930) is from Daishan, Zhejiang Province. In the early 1950s, Zheng took art training classes in Shanghai and started making blockprints and cartoons. He later became advertising designer for the Shanghai Luwanqu Clothing Company.

Zheng's blockprints are well known.
