Zhou Sicong (1939-1996) was from Ninghe, Hebei Province. Ms. Zhou graduated in 1963 from the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Art Academy. She later worked in the Beijing Painting Institute.

Ms. Zhou was known for her figurative paintings, but her watercolors and oil paintings have been included in the collection of the China Art Gallery.
