Zhou Xuefen (c. 1934) was born in Shanghai. She graduated from the East China Art College in Wuxi in 1955. She was one of the artists working on a series of "Red Army Long March Stories", serial cartoons that were published in the early 1960s by the Tianjin People’s Fine Arts Publishing House.
