Zhou Zuqiang was born in Yulin, Guangxi Province. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Normal Department of Guangxi Art Institute in his early years and later studied in postgraduate courses. Now he teaches at the Guangxi Preschool Teachers College; he is associate professor, and head of the art major of the art department.
