Fang Dunchuan (1941) was from Anhui Province. He graduated from the county's high school in 1962; after graduating from the normal school in 1965, he was assigned to the county cultural center to work in fine arts until the present. Fang is good in New Year paintings and Chinese paintings. He was awarded numerous prizes for his works.
