He Bo (1962) was born in Guangshui City, Hubei Province. In 1985, he was admitted to the Fine Arts Department of the PLA Academy of Art, under the tutelage of Liu Dawei, Shi Guoliang, and Tang Wenxuan. His works have a distinctive personal style, and he is good at painting freehand characters, especially beautiful ladies. He is currently a professional painter in the Chinese Painting Creative Research Section of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts.
