Huang Dezhen (1933) is from Luxian, Sichuan Province. Ms. Huang graduated in 1959 from the Oil Painting Department of the Sichuan Art Academy. She now works as a professional blockprint maker.

Ms. Huang makes blockprints, some of which have been included in the collection of the China Art Gallery. She cooperated with Li Huanmin.
