Jia Keli (贾克里)

jiakeliJia Keli (1913-1981) was from Luannan, Hebei Province. He headed the art group of the Cultural Work Corps of the People's Liberation Army Region before he became head of the Qinhuangdao Municipal Beidaihe Cultural Palace.

Jia was known for his Chinese paintings.
