Lei Wenbin (1948), also known as Lei Wenbing (雷文兵), was a native of Neijiang, Sichuan Province. He graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1977, and graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1985. In 1985, he studied for one year in the Graduate School of Landscape Painting of the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. Good at Chinese paintings and New Year paintings.

His excellent works have participated in domestic and foreign exhibitions and won awards many times. "Excellent Sons and Daughters of China -- Lei Feng" won the Excellent Works Award of the Sichuan Art Works Exhibition on the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China; "Dear Comrade Xiaoping" was selected for the Excellent Works Exhibition of the 8th National Art Exhibition.
