Li Binggang (李秉刚)

libinggangLi Binggang (1947-2004) was from Xinmin, Liaoning Province. He joined the People's Liberation Army after his graduation in 1968. In 1974, he entered the Liaoning Art Teachers Training College. In 1988, he took a refresher course in Western Art in the Lu Xun Art Academy. He later worked in the Art Section of the Shenyang Military Region.

Li specialized in oil painting. Some of his works have been included in national art collections.
