Qian Guisun (1936, Wuxing, Zhejiang Province) was assigned to work in the editorial office of the Zhejiang Huandeng Film Factory after he graduated from the middle school attached to the Zhejiang Art Academy. In 1979, he joined the editorial office for comic strips of the Zhejiang People's Fine Arts Publishing House.

Qian is known for his comic strips for which he has received numerous awards. In 1973, he designed the two-sheet poster "The Internationale reverberates all over the world" (first sheet, second sheet) with Pan Honghai, Gu Pan and Xiao Zhengzhong.
