Song Renliang (1949, Rongcheng, Shandong Province), the younger brother of Song Renxian, studied painting with his brothers since childhood. After graduating from junior high school, he became a fisherman in the village, and worked in kelp farming. In 1972, he and his brother painted "Experimental Fields" with the theme of kelp farming. He participated in the National Art Exhibition in 1974 and the work was collected by the National Art Museum of China.
