Tang Baoshan (1936) was born in Beizhen, Liaoning Province. In 1962, He graduated from the Lu Xun Art Academy. After graduation, he taught at the Dalian Mass Art Centre until his retirement. He has often contributed work to municipal, provincial and national exhibitions and he has received prizes for his creations.
