Yao Lifang (1940 - ) was born in Chaoyang, Guangdong. He has ben the secretary of the Guangzhou Railway Bureau Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He specializes in Chinese painting. Yao is a member of the Guangdong Branch of the Chinese Artists Association and a member of the Ministry of Railways Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
